Días de descanso o feriados 2018

Son aquellos que no son días laborables en el ámbito laboral, ni día hábil en el ámbito procesal.

Existe la posibilidad de solicitar a un trabajador que labore el día marcado como descanso obligatorio de los enumerados en el artículo 74 de la Ley.

Al trabajador que realice actividades remuneradas en un día festivo o feriado le corresponde el salario diario normal más el doble.

Estos días festivos o feriados, tienen por objetivo que el trabajador celebre libremente fiestas cívicas o religiosas conmemoradas en cada fecha, por esa razón la Ley Federal del Trabajo en su artículo 74 señala que los siguientes días son de descanso obligatorio:

• Primero de enero.
• Primer lunes de febrero, en conmemoración del 5 de febrero, Día de la Constitución Mexicana
• Tercer lunes de marzo, en conmemoración del 21 de marzo, Natalicio de Benito Juárez.
• de mayo, Día del Trabajo.
• 16 de septiembre, Aniversario de la Independencia.
• Tercer lunes de noviembre, en conmemoración del 20 de noviembre, Día de la Revolución Mexicana.
• Primero de diciembre de cada seis años, cuando corresponda a la transmisión del Poder Ejecutivo Federal.
• 25 de diciembre.
• Así como el que determinen las leyes federales y locales electorales, en el caso de elecciones ordinarias.
