Simplificación de trámite de baja para el retiro por desempleo

Si tienes una situación de desempleo o conoces a alguien que pueda requerir tramitar la constancia de baja para el retiro por desempleo, este comunicado te será de utilidad:

“El Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) informa que como parte de las medidas de simplificación y digitalización de trámites implementadas desde el inicio de esta administración, a partir de ayer se eliminó el trámite denominado “Constancia de baja para el retiro de desempleo”.

La obtención de esta constancia era parte del proceso que tenían que seguir las personas que desafortunadamente se ubicaban en una situación de desempleo y que requerían disponer de recursos de sus cuentas individuales de retiro, pues además de tener que presentarse en su AFORE tenían que acudir a las subdelegaciones del IMSS para realizar el trámite correspondiente cuando menos en dos ocasiones.

Este trámite se realizaba de manera presencial en las subdelegaciones del IMSS y el tiempo promedio de respuesta era de 10 días hábiles. De ahora en adelante la gente sólo tendrá que acudir a sus AFORES, presentar su solicitud y éstas, a través de validaciones electrónicas con este Instituto, podrán dar la respuesta en un menor tiempo.”
