1 de Abril fecha límite para timbrar complemento de nómina versión 1.2

De acuerdo a la facilidad  anunciada por el SAT para retimbrar un periodo de tres meses  que comprenden del 1 de enero al 31 de marzo, como apoyo a las empresas a implementar los cambios necesarios para cumplir con la nueva versión 1.2 de timbrado de nómina, es necesario que a más tardar el próximo 1 de Abril del 2017 los empresarios estén listos para reexpedir todo lo timbrado en versión 1.1 en esos tres meses y empezar a timbrar de acuerdo a la versión 1.2 a partir de esta fecha.

De entrada esta actividad representará costos extras para los contribuyentes por el uso de timbres, como por el tiempo que se dedicará a la reexpedición de los comprobantes de nómina.

Este nuevo complemento de nómina requiere muchos campos más que deberán incorporarse de manera obligatoria, para que el SAT pueda generar una mayor fiscalización al ingreso que perciben los trabajadores, así como el origen y aplicación de dichos recursos ya sean de iniciativa pública o privada.

Es importante que consideren que conforme al artículo Trigésimo segundo transitorio de la misma RMF, no será necesario cancelar los CFDI emitidos, siempre y cuando se reexpidan con la nueva versión y debe ser a más tardar el 1 de abril del 2017.
